Ricoh started their annual Circle of Excellence service recognition program in 2013. Due to the high quality of our Service Teams, we’ve won the award for all 6 years it’s been presented.
One component of the Circle of Excellence program is the testing of individual Copier Service Technicians and Software Solution Engineers. Tests are given on either traditional hardware service aptitude or software support. Individuals who finish in the top 75 out of the entire country are recognized with Ricoh’s Prestige Service Award. For the last 3 years we have had a Prestige Service Award winner. This year we had two winners from our Bakersfield office.
We are pleased to announce Joe Butler (Bakersfield Service Team Leader) won the Prestige award for Hardware Service and Paul Taniguchi (Bakersfield Production Print/Solutions Engineer) won the Prestige award for Software Support!
